By using 365 Love Counter ("the App") and our website at mylovecounter.app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
Use of the service
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any applicable law.
Your content
Names, dates, notes, photos, events, memories, and gift entries that you add to the App ("Your Content") remain yours. The App stores Your Content locally on your device and, on the website, in your browser using localStorage. You are responsible for keeping a backup if needed.
Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, text, and graphics (excluding Your Content), is owned by 365 Love Counter and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.
Subscriptions and purchases
Premium features in the mobile app are offered as subscriptions or a one-time purchase, processed through Google Play. Pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Renewals are handled by Google Play and may be cancelled in your Google Play account.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 365 Love Counter will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
